1- ORDER AND PAYMENT

The prices indicated on the site tendencies-meubles.fr are expressed incl. VAT but do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are applied on the payment page. Any order validated on the site by the customer will be effective only after full acceptance of payment.

Payment is made online using a secure credit card system. The entire order amount must be paid at the time of ordering. The debit from the customer's bank account will be made on the day of the order.

The customer acknowledges having, prior to ordering, been aware of all the information referred to in article L111-1 of the Consumer Code.

2- DELIVERY TIMES

On the order validation page, in accordance with the provisions of article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, the delivery time after processing will be indicated.

3- HOME DELIVERY

Delivery will be made by an agent, it is the customer's responsibility to make appropriate reservations, if necessary, at the time of delivery of the goods (signing the delivery slip and reporting any defects present on the box, if applicable, to the delivery person). ), otherwise we will not be able to accept a return. Delivery does not involve commissioning or assembly of the furniture or even fixing it to the walls. In the event of apparent defects or absence of instructions for use and maintenance, the buyer must have them noted in writing by the delivery person upon delivery.

4- COMPLAINT

The buyer is required to check the goods at the time of delivery and must mention on the delivery note and by email (on our contact page), in accordance with article L.217-19 of the Consumer Code, the reservations what he intends to do about the condition of the goods received (compliance of the furniture delivered with that ordered, manufacturing defect, transport damage, etc.). Any complaint must be made by e-mail on our “CONTACT” page.

5- WITHDRAWAL

The customer has, in accordance with article L.221-18 of the consumer code, a right of withdrawal (with the exception of the cases provided for in article L.221-28 of the said code) which can be exercised in a deadline of 14 clear days from the day after the order. To do this, the customer must provide Tendances Meubles with a withdrawal form by email on the “CONTACT” page.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentation. The refund, if the returned goods are eligible for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after the return. Delivery costs invoiced at the time of the sale will also be reimbursed, however the professional is not required to reimburse additional costs if applicable.

6- WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

In any case, any sale by Tendances-Meubles, whatever the nature of the product, remains covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of the good with the contract (articles L.217-1 to L.217-14 of the Code of Consumption and that of hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years.

Article L. 217-4 of the Consumer Code: “The seller delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility. »

Article L217-16 of the Consumer Code: “When the buyer requests from the seller, during the course of the commercial guarantee which was granted to him during the acquisition or repair of movable property, a restoration covered by the warranty, any period of downtime of at least seven days is added to the remaining warranty period. This period runs from the buyer's request for intervention or the making available for repair of the goods in question, if this making available is subsequent to the request for intervention. »

Article 1641 of the Civil Code “The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the thing sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have it not acquired, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known them. »

Article 1648 of the Civil Code, first paragraph: “The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser, within two years from the discovery of the defect. »
